Armstrong Flooring have been a leader in resilient flooring in Australia for over 50 years, and are proudly Australia’s only manufacturer of commercial vinyl sheet flooring.
As a longstanding supporter of building a circular economy, Armstrong Flooring are committed to operating with the highest industry standards, while seeking locality in sourcing materials, employing locally to boost the Victorian and National Economy, and carry out our brand ethos to continually develop and revise current efforts to reduce our impact on the planet. It’s about caring for the planet, while continuing to advance the high quality and performance of our products.
Our collections of Commercial and Residential flooring bridge the gap between design and functionality, and are adopted by the industry’s leading architects, designers, and homeowners to create exceptional spaces. We’re continuing to innovate and produce premium products in a range of categories including Luxury Vinyl Plank and Tile, Hybrid, Laminate, Homogeneous, Heterogeneous, Vinyl Composition Tile, and Safety Flooring.
From our Braeside site in Melbourne Victoria, Armstrong’s long-standing manufacturing operation supports a multicultural and multigenerational workforce that embraces it’s strong connection to country and the land on which Armstrong Flooring was built. We take pride in honouring and preserving the history of our site, and acknowledge the Bunurong People of Kulin Nation, as the traditional custodians of the land on which our Braeside plant resides.
In 1969, the Armstrong Flooring production facility was built on a bare site with just a few River Red Gums, the most iconic of Australia's Gum trees. These trees have been fiercely protected over the decades and continue to stand tall, symbolising the resilience of Australian nature, the products made on this site and the Armstrong Flooring brand today.
