FloorCycle
Armstrong Flooring is committed to responsible life cycle management and to the principles of product stewardship and extended producer responsibility across everything we manufacture and distribute. As part of this Armstrong Flooring fully embraces the circular economy with the aim of eliminating waste promoting the continual use of resources. Through our FloorCycle program, we're investigating and developing take-back pathways for all our products, both for installation offcuts and the end of their life, with the goal of reuse, remanufacturing and recycling to extend the life cycle of products and minimise the carbon emissions and energy associated with it.
FloorCycle currently encompasses two programs: Carpet Tiles (end of life) and Sheet Vinyl (installation offcuts).

Carpet Tiles
Under the FloorCycle Carpet Tiles Program, we offer commercial customers the collection of eligible Armstrong Flooring carpet tiles for reuse or repurposing, assessed on a project-by-project basis. Our aim is to ensure that carpet tiles collected through this program are never sent to landfill.
For more information, please see our FAQ Sheet.

Sheet Vinyl
Under the FloorCycle Sheet Vinyl Program, we collect installation offcuts from our Australian-made sheet vinyl products and reprocess them for use in Innova and other Armstrong Flooring ranges. This helps us divert usable material from landfill and put it back into new products.
For more information, please see our FAQ Sheet.
FloorCycle is part of our broader commitment to sustainable manufacturing across Australia and New Zealand. We're continuing to expand and refine these programs as we work toward eliminating landfill disposal of our products.
