Elwood College is one of the first triple story permanent modular buildings procured for the south-east region of Melbourne. Needing to provide additional facilities for future growth from surrounding primary schools, Elwood College were looking to create flexible classroom spaces, including 6 future focused learning spaces designed for team teaching, pod meeting rooms and common areas. The building form takes advantage of the northern outlook and natural light and required durable, yet modern look flooring that would complement the common walkways. This project specified Natural Creations ArborArt for durability and a slip resistant wear layer for added safety.
