At Summerset by the Park, creating a warm and welcoming environment was key for both residents and visitors. The flooring needed to balance aesthetics with functionality - particularly in the reception, dining room, and lift areas where design continuity and practicality were essential.

A unique challenge arose near the ranch slider doors where the floor slope required sheet vinyl for performance. However, the design team and facility managers wanted the premium look of luxury vinyl plank. By pairing Natural Creations Longplank Century Oak with Timberline Oiled Plank, the project achieved both seamless practicality and a cohesive, contemporary aesthetic.
